1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for most items purchased on Shopfinity, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or invoice is required for all returns.

Please note: Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Undergarments, innerwear, and swimwear

  • Cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products (unless unopened and unused)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as “non-returnable”

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to our support team before initiating a return.


3. How to Return an Item

Returning a product is simple:

  1. Submit a Return Request:
    Go to www.shopfinity.com/returns and enter your order number and registered email ID. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval:
    Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack & Ship the Item:
    Place the item in its original packaging, include the invoice, and stick the return label on the parcel. Drop it off at your nearest courier partner or schedule a pickup (if available in your area).

  4. Confirmation:
    Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. You’ll receive an update on the status of your return and refund within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is approved and inspected, we will initiate a refund through your original payment method. The timeline may vary:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–4 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days

  • Bank Transfers/Net Banking: 4–6 business days

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund has been successfully processed.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or color, we recommend returning the product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@shopfinity.com or through our live chat.

If your order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping is free of charge.

  • For other cases (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable courier service. Shopfinity is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


9. International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is received in damaged condition. If you face any issue with your international purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
